The Cross

You might ask, why is the Cross so important to today`s Christian?
When Adam sinned condemnation fell upon everyone. Through disobeying Adam brought sin into the  world, Through Jesus Christ, obeying, many will be made sinless in God`s sight  Now Christ dying on the Cross brought righteousness to all in Gods sight. God`s law was given so we the people could see just how sinful  we were but we just sin more and more which brought us to death however through God`s grace and mercy He gave us right standing with God, resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Rom 5: 18-20)

Now that we are saved, should we continue to live in sin so God can keep giving us more grace? No way, do you not know, that you died to sin. If dead to sin how can you continually live in it. Do you not know that when you were born again you was crucified and buried with Him, He was raised from the grave so was we raised with Him so sin has no hold on us, We have been washed in the Blood of Jesus Christ our Lord and you are right with God. So know that we live with Him in Heavenly places. Can we continually sin? God forbid. Do not let sin rule you and don`t fall for the lust of the flesh.

Abide in me

ABIDE IN ME  If we have jointed our self to Christ,
and keep His word  rooted in us, we can  request
anything and it will be granted by the Father

Do You Abide in Christ?

Many people try to do all the right things and be honest in all there action, however, Jesus says the only way to live a truly good life is to stay in Him like a branch attached to a vine. All things, a part from Christ, is unfruitful and void. Are you receiving all the nourishment and life that  Christ offers? If not you are missing out on a special gift God has for you, so turn you life around, quite trying to do it yourself, and turn it over to Christ. He and He alone can change your life as that is the reason He died on the cross so all your sin could be washed a way with the blood He shade for all on the cross. Jesus requires us to depend on Him in all things. He wants us to have all things but require us to be in right standing with Him and the Father.  (John 15:4 -7)
